Karan Chand is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales, operations, and management within the BPO industry and technology sector. As the Founder and CEO of Extuent since July 2021, Karan is focused on developing a future workplace utilizing AI, ML, and cloud technologies, aiming to establish the largest distributed workplace globally. Prior roles include Vice President of Sales at WNS Global Services and Sales BFS Practice at Wipro BPO, as well as Vice President of Sales and International Operations at Aegis Global. Karan has also held significant positions at AOL, Vanguard Info Solutions, and EXL, among others, and possesses a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Delhi University, along with certifications in Call Center Operations and Six Sigma.
