Jeffrey Ryckbost, CEBS

Jeffrey Ryckbost, CEBS, has held various roles in the insurance and benefits industry since 2005. From 2005 to 2008, they worked as an Administrative Assistant for the Civil War Institute at Gettysburg College and as an Intern for the PA Abraham Lincoln Bicentennial Commission in 2008. In 2009, they worked as a Sales Representative for Aflac. From 2010 to 2016, they worked at First Niagara Benefits Consulting, where they held the roles of Benefits Analyst, Consultant, Senior Client Account Manager, and Benefits Administration Team Leader. In 2016, they began working at Key Insurance & Benefits Services, Inc. as the Benefits Administration Team Leader. Since 2017, they have been Director and Manager of Client Services at Exude, Inc.

Jeffrey Ryckbost obtained a BA in Economics from Gettysburg College between 2005 and 2009. Jeffrey subsequently obtained a Certified Employee Benefits Specialist certification from IFEBP, Wharton School of Business in June 2013, a Compensation Management Specialist certification from IFEBP, Wharton School of Business in February 2013, and a Group Benefits Associate certification from IFEBP, Wharton School of Business in October 2011.
