Tshepo Sephiri possesses extensive experience in supply chain improvement and business analysis within the mining and resources sector. Currently serving as a Senior Specialist in Supply Chain Improvement at Exxaro Resources since September 2018, Tshepo has held roles including Senior Analyst in Business Improvement and Business Improvement Facilitator. Prior experience includes positions at South32 as a Maintenance Analysis and Improvement Specialist and Production Fleet Supervisor, and at BHP Billiton as an Engineer in Training, where Tshepo participated in a comprehensive graduate training program. Tshepo holds a Master's degree in Engineering Management from the University of Pretoria, along with certificates in Hands-On Supply Chains and Operations Management for Mining Systems from reputable institutions.
