Sandip Ghoniya

Sandip Ghoniya is an experienced professional in operations and software management, currently serving as the Operation Manager at Exxat since June 2023. Prior to this role, Sandip spent nearly a decade at Windowmaker Software Ltd, progressing from Software Service Engineer to Software Services Manager, where responsibilities included managing a team of over 25, mentoring staff, documenting processes, and overseeing project scopes and performance metrics. Sandip also held positions at Arraycom (India) Ltd., where contributions included developing software enhancements and implementing multithreading systems using C# and SQL Server. Sandip holds an M.C.A in Computer Application from Bhavnagar University and a B.Sc. in Computer Science from Sardar Patel University.
