Richard Hardin, MBA, has extensive experience in business development and sales within the materials sector. Currently serving as Market Developer at ExxonMobil Proxxima™ Polyolefin Thermoset Systems since May 2015, Richard has held multiple roles including Senior Business Development Manager and Market Manager. Prior experience includes serving as Sales Manager for Composite Applications at Infiana from May 2014 to May 2018 and as Senior Sales Representative at Bluestar Silicones from January 2008 to 2013. Richard holds a Bachelor of Arts in Education from the University of Kentucky (1998-2002) and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Bellarmine University (2014-2015).
