Marcus Luckett

Marcus Luckett is a seasoned human resources leader with extensive experience in various high-profile organizations. As the Global Director of Human Resources for the CFO Organization at AbbVie since March 2021, Marcus focuses on talent retention, diversity and inclusion, and executive talent management within a $56 billion pharmaceutical company. Prior to this role, Marcus served at Boeing from July 2012 to December 2020 in multiple HR leadership positions, including Director of Human Resources for Boeing Global Services Engineering and the 787 Program in South Carolina, where significant HR programs were implemented. Earlier experience includes leading HR functions at the Tennessee Valley Authority and Entergy in the nuclear power sector. Marcus holds an MBA with a concentration in Human Resources Management from the University of Mississippi and a BA in Sociology from Jackson State University.
