Kumara Gurubaran K has a range of experience in electrical engineering and facilities management. Kumara started their career as a Graduate Engineering Trainee at Bharat Aluminium Company Limited, where they contributed to the operation and maintenance of power systems. Kumara then worked as a Senior Engineer - Electrical at Sesa Sterlite Ltd, overseeing the installation and commissioning of transformers. After that, they joined Infosys as an Associate Manager Facilities, responsible for the operation and maintenance of electrical and HVAC equipment. Kumara later worked at Photon as a Senior Executive Facilities, managing various technical aspects of the facility. Kumara then joined Siltronic AG as a Facilities Engineer, ensuring the smooth operation of manufacturing equipment. Most recently, they are working at Vanguard International Semiconductor Company as a Facilities Engineer, overseeing power distribution systems. Currently, they hold the position of Lead - Electrical Engineer - Projects at Exyte, where they handle the electrical package for semiconductor facilities and interacts with clients and contractors.

Kumara Gurubaran K completed their Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Shanmugha Arts, Science, Technology and Research Academy from 2005 to 2009. Prior to that, they pursued their Higher Secondary education with a focus on Physics, Chemistry, Maths, and Biology at Sri Sundareswara vidhya sala mat.hr.sec school from 2000 to 2005. In addition to their formal education, Kumara obtained several certifications including SS638 Code of Practice for Electrical Installations from SP Group, Workplace Safety and Health Management in Construction Industry (WSHMCI) from Eversafe Academy Pte. Ltd., SIMATIC PCS-7 from Siemens Digital Industries Software, IGBC Green League 2017 - 1st Price - National Level from CII - Indian Green Building Council (IGBC), and IELTS Band 7.0 from IDP India.
