Heath Harris

Heath Harris, MBA, is a Senior Manager in Legal Function Consulting and Global Innovation at EY, a position held since August 2021. Previously, Harris served as Director of Legal Operations Innovation at Fenwick & West from January 2018 to July 2021, leading a team of 18 professionals in providing knowledge management, operational design, research, and technology services. Prior to this, Harris spent nearly a decade at Drinker Biddle & Reath LLP, progressing through roles including Director of Client Intake Services, where leadership of a 12-member team occurred while advising the Chairman and CEO. Early experience includes roles as a Conflicts Analyst at Jenner & Block and singing as a Young Artist at both Opera Santa Barbara and Lyric Opera of Chicago. Educational credentials include a Master of Business Administration in Executive Leadership and Strategy from the Penn State Smeal MBA Program and dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in English Language and Literature and Voice and Opera from West Virginia University, both earned Cum Laude.
