Bill has over 20 years of experience in public accounting, including Big Four experience. He provides tax compliance and consulting services to a variety of public and privately held companies as well as high net worth individuals. His experience is primarily in international tax, transfer pricing, and global finance. He consults with multinational clients on cross-border transactions, restructuring of foreign operations, and the tax aspects of acquisitions, dispositions, and restructuring of their investments.

Bill’s practice has continued to expand into international tax accounting (ASC 740), including the design, adoption, implementation, management, and maintenance of global tax contingency policies and procedures. This combination of global tax expertise and strong financial accounting and reporting skills has allowed him to consult effectively and efficiently for attest clients seeking to streamline their financial audits as well as non-attest clients seeking to establish the appropriate systems and controls around financial reporting.
