John Kaufman

Mr. Kaufman is a partner with Eyas Capital and leads the hospitality operations division. Mr. Kaufman is an operations specialist who has worked with some of today’s most successful restaurants, with past experience in both fast casual and fine dining restaurants, including as President/COO of Koo Koo Roo, President and COO of Famiglia Tosca Rosti, and Vice President of Operations for California Pizza Kitchen.
