Jason Chaffin

Jason Chaffin, MBA, is an experienced Chief Information Officer (CIO) with a proven track record in leading technology initiatives and driving innovation. Jason currently holds the position of Chief Information Officer at EyeCare Partners, where they spearhead technology initiatives to enhance patient care and optimize operations. Prior to this, they served as the CIO at VCA Animal Hospitals, overseeing their extensive network of animal veterinary hospitals. Jason also served as the CIO of Dental Care Alliance, where they pioneered innovative practice-support solutions.

Earlier in their career, Chaffin held the role of Vice President, IT Strategy & Shared Services at LifePoint Health®, where they drove strategic development and technology innovations. Before that, they served as the Director of Clinical Informatics at HCA Healthcare, managing clinical systems operations for their large health system and outside business customers.
