Kouevi Spero D. has a diverse and extensive background in data analytics and management. Starting in 2006, they worked at PayPal in various roles, including Business Intelligence Analyst, Account Manager, and Senior Agent. In these positions, Kouevi was responsible for analyzing data, identifying trends, and providing analytical support for operational and financial decision-making. They also acted as the primary business relationship owner for strategic accounts and played a key role in revenue growth. In 2017, Kouevi joined Blue Cross Blue Shield of Nebraska as a Health Data Analyst III. They then moved to Centene Corporation in 2019, where they held roles as a Data Scientist II and later as a Senior Manager in Data Science and Advanced Analytics. Currently, Kouevi is working as the Director of Data & Analytics at EyeCare Partners, where they oversee data strategies and analytics initiatives.
