James Lumby

James Lumby serves as the Chief Information Officer at EyeCare Services Partners (ESP) since July 2019, leading the development and implementation of information technology strategies across 83 locations in multiple states. Previous roles include Chief Information Security Officer and Vice President of Infrastructure/Information Security, optimizing operational efficiency and strengthening security measures. James has extensive experience in IT management, having held positions such as Manager of Information Technology at Access Dental Services and Infrastructure Manager at iControl ESI, where significant infrastructure overhauls were achieved. A former Rifleman in the United States Marine Corps, James holds multiple degrees, including a BaaS in Organizational Leadership from Texas A&M University-Commerce and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and IT Management from Western Governors University.
