Allen Hersh

Allen Hersh has extensive work experience in various leadership roles. Allen currently serves as the Chief Development Officer (CDO) at EyeCheq, where they are responsible for the organization's mission to prevent blindness and improve early disease intervention through eye exams.

Prior to their current position, Hersh co-founded and served as the COO of Harmony Dental Partners LLC starting in 2017. In this role, they oversaw all operational and marketing aspects of the company, managing over 100 employees and acquiring over 400 new patients monthly. Allen successfully grew revenue and margins by focusing on new patient acquisition, adding specialists, training staff, and leveraging scale to reduce expenses.

From 2014 to 2017, Hersh worked at VieMed Healthcare, first as the Chief Marketing Officer and later as the VP of Business Development. Before that, from 2002 to 2014, they held the position of Executive VP - Sales, Marketing & Business Development at ReachOut Healthcare America, now known as Smile America Partners. In this role, they led various verticals, including the Department of Defense, Education, and Fortune 1000, and was responsible for business development, strategic partnerships, product development, and sales and marketing.

Hersh began their career at Accenture in 1998, where they served as a Manager until 2003. Prior to that, they worked as a Manager at McMaster-Carr Supply Company from 1995 to 1997.

Allen Hersh earned their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Finance from the University of Michigan, completing their studies between 1989 and 1993. Allen then pursued further education at the UCLA Anderson School of Management, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies from 1997 to 1999.
