Hadas Raiss

Hadas Raiss has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Hadas started their career in 2003 at FedEx Express, where they worked in customer service. Hadas then moved on to the Holon Theater, where they also worked in customer service from 2005 to 2009. In 2009, they briefly worked in sales at Tel Aviv Museum's American Friends, Inc.

In 2009, Hadas joined 6B Studio as an Administrative Director, where they were responsible for developing and implementing new work regulations, managing customer service and administrative teams, and coordinating courses. Hadas later became a Project Manager, focusing on developing a new brand called 6B PRO - Education for experienced designers. Their role included market research, risk analysis, teacher recruitment, and updating curricula. Hadas then transitioned to the role of Marketing and Project Manager, where they coordinated corporate marketing, developed marketing strategies, and established partnerships.

From 2015 to 2016, Hadas worked as a Freelance Illustrator under their own company, Hadas Raiss. Hadas later joined Yoel Geva, where they first worked as a Customer Service Center Manager from 2016 to 2018. Hadas then became an Administrative Director, specifically in the English Mentor and GMAT department.

Most recently, Hadas worked at EyeControl, starting in 2019. Hadas first served as an Administrative Manager from 2019 to 2020 before transitioning to their current role as a Human Resources Manager, which they have held since October 2020.

Hadas Raiss has a diverse education history. In 2004, they began their studies at the Holon Institute of Technology, where they earned their Bachelor of Design degree in Interior Design in 2008. Moving forward, in 2011, they pursued Continuing Education for Managers at Tafnit, Open University, focusing on Project Management.

In 2014, Hadas gained knowledge in Marketing Management through Lahav - Executive Education at TA University, followed by a period of study at IAC in 2016, where they focused on Digital Illustration.

Their pursuit of education continued at The Academic College of Society and the Arts, where they accomplished a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Society and the Arts – Challenges in Social Change from 2018 to 2020. Additionally, in 2020, they engaged in Group Facilitating studies at The Academic College of Society and the Arts.

Presently, Hadas is pursuing their Master of Arts in Labor Studies at Tel Aviv University, a program they started in 2022. Furthermore, in the same year, they enrolled in "she codes;" to further their interests in coding and programming.
