Jess Bayne

Jess Bayne is an experienced human resources professional currently serving on the Board of Directors for both Sunrise Community for Recovery and Wellness and ArtsAVL, while also acting as the Human Resources Director at Eyelit Group. With a strong background in HR leadership across various industries including technology and manufacturing, Jess has successfully driven transformative initiatives that enhance employee experience and align HR with business objectives. Prior roles include Lead People Partner at Rebellion Defense, Principal HR Business Partner at Amazon Web Services, and various strategic HR positions at Concentrix, Cognizant, Lenovo, Georgia-Pacific, and Alexium International Group Limited. Jess holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources from Western Carolina University and a Bachelor’s degree in English from Georgia Southern University.
