Rav Grover has extensive experience in finance and leadership across various sectors. Currently serving as CFO and Board Director at Eyelit Technologies since April 2022, Rav Grover focuses on integrated manufacturing solutions. Previously, Rav Grover founded and led Ingenuity WRX from November 2020 to March 2022, offering innovative solutions across multiple industries. As Co-Founder and CFO of Scientus Pharma from August 2014 to October 2020, Rav Grover contributed to the development of cannabinoid-based pharmaceutical products. Earlier career highlights include co-founding HVGP, a prominent professional services firm in the Greater Toronto Area, and holding partner roles at Cooper Molyneux & Makuz and Touche Ross. Rav Grover holds a Bachelor of Mathematics from the University of Waterloo and is a Chartered Professional Accountant.
