Shivara Ten Berge

Shivara ten Berge has a diverse work experience in the fields of product management, technology, and video production. Shivara is currently working as the Director of Product & Engineering at eyeo, where they lead cross-functional teams to deliver strategic and scalable solutions for partners and clients. Prior to this, they founded isLIVENOW, a virtual ticketing and content streaming platform aimed at connecting creators and cultural venues with remote audiences.

Shivara also has experience as a Senior Product Manager/Owner at AND Digital and as a Digital Product & Technology Lead at LONGINES GLOBAL CHAMPIONS TOUR. Shivara has worked as a Video Production Specialist at The Stream Team, providing freelance production and consultancy services in video production and live streaming. Additionally, they served as a Program/Product Manager and Technical Solutions Architect at MyCujoo, where they focused on expanding and optimizing the technology infrastructure for platform monetization.

In their earlier career, Shivara worked at MediaKind as a Product Consultant and at Improve Digital in various roles including Technical Account Manager, Account Manager, Sales Support Executive, and Assistant Manager. Shivara also founded Chief Productions, a video production company, and worked as a Co-Owner at Decompression Amsterdam, a media production company specializing in music production.

Shivara ten Berge earned a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in International Communication Management from De Haagse Hogeschool / The Hague University of Applied Sciences, completing their studies from 2011 to 2014. Prior to this, they studied Industrial Design Engineering at TU Delft for a year in 2010-2011. Shivara's secondary education was at the Amsterdam International Community School, where they obtained an International Baccalaureate diploma from 2006 to 2010. Before that, they attended the Rock Creek International School in Washington D.C. and completed the International Baccalaureate Middle Years Programme from 2002 to 2006. In addition to their formal education, Shivara has obtained several certifications, including a Cloud Digital Leader certification from Google Cloud in 2023, a Professional Scrum Master™ I certification from Scrum.org in 2022, and various other certifications related to technology, data science, programming, and web development between 2017 and 2018.
