Felix Izquierdo

Felix Izquierdo has extensive work experience in the field of information technology. Felix began their career at Ciba-Geigy as a Programmer Analyst, where they managed system support activities and provided consulting services for moderately complex business issues. Felix then moved on to Novartis, where they served as a Systems Consultant, overseeing technical support services for a large field force. Felix later became the Manager of Service Support and Service Delivery, responsible for maintaining the availability and reliability of IT services.

After Novartis, Felix joined Hoffmann-La Roche as the Director/Team Head-Production Services, where they oversaw various aspects of sales and marketing architecture and infrastructure support. Felix was also a key member of the Information Services leadership team, supporting the design and maintenance of architecture and application solutions.

Felix continued their career at Bristol-Myers Squibb, where they held the positions of Associate Director of Technology Learning and Associate Director of Field Automation Support Services. In these roles, they managed the hardware and software requirements for training and sales automation support services.

Prior to their current role, Felix worked at PDI, Inc. as the Director of Information Technology, where they were responsible for all aspects of IT management and control. Felix provided leadership for a diverse technical staff, coordinated projects, and made recommendations for technical enhancements.

Currently, Felix is the VP and Head of Information Technology at EyePoint Pharmaceuticals, where they oversee the IT department and ensures the successful implementation of IT solutions and services.

Throughout their career, Felix has demonstrated strong leadership skills, strategic planning abilities, and a deep understanding of IT operations.

Felix Izquierdo has a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from William Paterson University of New Jersey. In addition, they have certifications in Change Management from Prosci and ITIL V3 Foundation from EXIN your ICT competence partner.
