Kristy Young

Kristy Young is a seasoned Clinical Trial Manager with extensive experience in the pharmaceutical and medical research fields. Currently serving as the Sr. Clinical Trial Manager at EyePoint Pharmaceuticals since October 2023, Kristy previously held the position of Senior Clinical Trial Lead/Program Lead at Fortrea for eight years, overseeing global study operations with a focus on teamwork, quality, and compliance. Prior roles include Clinical Study Manager at electroCore Medical, where oversight of U.S. and international clinical studies for nerve stimulation devices was key, and positions as Clinical Research Associate at both Clinsys Clinical Research and Stryker Spine, where responsibilities included monitoring multi-center studies and managing regulatory documents. Kristy’s career began as a Study Coordinator at DePuy Orthopaedics and as a Research Study Assistant at Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center. Kristy holds a Bachelor of Arts from North Carolina State University.
