Heath Callihan

Heath Callihan has extensive experience in operations and technology management. Heath started their career as a Lead Service Technician at ADT in 2008 and later became a District Service Manager and District Installation Manager, overseeing the installation, service, and customer service departments. In 2017, they joined Ackerman Security as a Commercial Project Manager and then transitioned to the role of Commercial Service and Technical Support Manager. Since 2019, they have been working at EyeQ Monitoring, initially as the Director of Support and later advancing to positions such as Sr Director of Operations, Jr Vice President of Operations, and currently serving as the Vice President of Operations. Heath has a strong background in managing teams, P&L, inventory, and providing excellent customer service across various companies within the security and technology industry.

Heath Callihan completed their Bachelor's degree in Organizational Leadership from Mercer University, attending from 2013 to 2020. Prior to that, they attended Hiram High School from 2003 to 2006, though no specific degree or field of study was mentioned for their high school education.
