Nicky Clement has had a diverse range of experience in marketing and creative management roles. Starting in 2004 as an Assistant Brand Manager at Elysia, Nicky then moved on to work as a Product Manager at L'Oréal in 2009. After that, Nicky joined Rationale Skin Care as a Marketing Communications Manager before returning to L'Oréal as a Senior Product Manager for Matrix. From 2010 to 2013, Nicky worked as a Marketing and Creative Manager at Elysia, overseeing brand presence and leading a team of three. Following this, Nicky joined Eyespace Eyewear in 2014 and held various roles, including Marketing Manager and currently Head of Marketing. In these positions, Nicky has been responsible for strategic creative marketing management, PR, social media, and event management for UK and international markets. Nicky's expertise in product launches, promotions, and maintaining brand presence has been instrumental in the company's success.
Nicky Clement's education history includes completing a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) degree in Media Communication with Marketing Management from the University of Gloucestershire. In 2006, they also obtained a CIM Professional Diploma in Marketing/Marketing Management, General from Birmingham City University.
