Dr. Matthew C. Heim, ACC

Dr. Matthew C. Heim has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and leadership roles. Dr. Matthew C. is currently serving as the Chief Revenue Officer at Ezassi since February 2022. Prior to this, they held the position of Vice President of North American Operations at AMPLYFI from February 2020 to February 2022.

Before joining AMPLYFI, Dr. Heim worked as an Executive Transformation Coach & Advisor at Sapphire Coaching, LLC from December 2019 to February 2022. Dr. Matthew C. also served as the Executive Vice President at Wellspring Worldwide from October 2018 to December 2019.

Dr. Heim's previous experience includes executive roles at inno360 as the Executive Vice President from April 2012 to October 2018 and as the President at NineSigma from August 2008 to February 2012.

Dr. Matthew C. has also worked as a Faculty Member at Dominican University of California, where they were involved in the Green MBA Program and designed the "Sustainable Enterprise" Certificate Program. This role lasted from January 2006 to December 2008.

Prior to this, Dr. Heim was the Managing Partner at Clarkston Consulting from January 1998 to December 2006. Dr. Matthew C. started their career at PricewaterhouseCoopers as a Managing Director from July 1994 to January 1998 and earlier worked at KPMG Peat Marwick as an Associate, Manager, and Principal, where they served as the Principal of the Strategic Services practice in the Frankfurt, Germany office. Dr. Matthew C. played a key role in the restructuring of the former Reichsbahn (East German Railroad) after the collapse of the Berlin Wall. This position lasted from January 1990 to July 1994.

Dr. Matthew C. Heim, ACC has an extensive education history. Dr. Matthew C. obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Information Systems Management from the University of Maryland, where they studied from 1980 to 1986. Dr. Matthew C. then pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Systems Management from the USC Marshall School of Business, concentrating on this field of study from 1987 to 1989. In 1988, they also obtained a Certificate in Information Systems from the University of Southern California.

Seeking further academic and professional growth, Dr. Heim enrolled at the Fielding Graduate University. From 1998 to 2000, they pursued a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Human Development, investigating various aspects of this field. Simultaneously, they embarked on a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) program in Human and Organizational Systems, which they completed in 2002.

To enhance their credentials, Dr. Heim obtained an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) certification from the International Coaching Federation in December 2020, further demonstrating their commitment to professional development and coaching expertise.
