Kristen Fleischer

Kristen Fleischer has a diverse and extensive work experience. Kristen is currently working as the Director of Software Engineering at ezCater since 2022. Prior to that, they worked at First Republic Bank from 2019 to 2022, where they held the roles of Senior Director of Strategic Operations & Cloud Programs and Director of Cloud Programs. In these roles, they were responsible for driving the implementation of Amazon Web Services (AWS) environment and managing a $35+ million budget.

Before joining First Republic Bank, Fleischer worked at Vistaprint from 2013 to 2019. Kristen held the positions of Technical Agile Program Manager, Senior Technical Agile Project Manager, and Technical Agile Project Manager. In these roles, they led various projects, including opening a new technology center, implementing a content management system, and leading the technical implementation of a global rebrand initiative.

Kristen also has prior experience at Vistaprint as a Project Manager Co-Op from 2012 to 2012 and at Johnson & Johnson as a Customer Logistics Co-Op from 2011 to 2011.

Kristen Fleischer earned a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Business Administration and Management from Boston College from 2016 to 2020. Kristen previously obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration- Management from Northeastern University from 2009 to 2013. Additionally, they hold a certification as a Certified Associate in Project Management from the Project Management Institute, which they obtained in March 2014.
