Sara George

Associate Director Learning & Organizational Development at Eze Castle Integration

Sara George has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Sara began their career as a Tutor at Kumon in 2006 and worked there until 2007. Sara then worked as a Personal Tutor at Clarkstown Central School District from 2005 to 2009. In 2010, they served as an Office Receptionist at Stony Brook University for a period of seven months. From 2011 to 2012, Sara worked as an Office Assistant at Stony Brook University. In 2012, they were a Business Intern at NYS Small Business Development Center. Sara joined Brown Girl Magazine, Inc in 2015 as an Event Manager and is currently in that role. Additionally, they joined ECI in 2013 and has held various positions such as Intern, Associate, Senior Associate, Manager, and is currently an Associate Director in the Learning & Organizational Development department.

Sara George holds a Master's Degree in Adult Education from Buffalo State University, which they obtained from 2015 to 2018. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems from Stony Brook University between 2009 and 2013. Sara also earned a High School Diploma from Clarkstown High School North in 2009. Sara has obtained several certifications, including "Return to Work for HR: Providing Flexible Work Options," "Coaching Skills for Leaders and Managers," "Coaching and Developing Employees," "Fighting Gender Bias at Work," "Prosci® Certified Change Practitioner," "Developing a Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging Program," "Human Resources: Building a Performance Management System," and "Office 365 for Educators."
