Amarachi Obaretin has held positions in a variety of organizations since 2010. Amarachi began their career at Starcomms Plc. as a Customer Service Representative in 2010. In 2011, they joined Raitas Communications as a Client Service Executive, where they were responsible for organizing public enlightenment events and social responsibility campaigns for clients. In 2013, they became a Co-presenter at Noun fm (Nigerian Open University) 105.9. From 2014 to 2021, they worked at Jumia Nigeria in multiple roles, including Team Lead; Training, Recruitment and Onboarding, Sales Issue Resolution, and Agent Activation Associate/ Issue Resolution. Amarachi is currently employed as a Marketing & Communications Executive at Eze.

Amarachi Obaretin has a strong educational background. Amarachi obtained their BSc in Business Management from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka in 2009. Amarachi then went on to pursue an M.Sc in Social Work at the Ladoke Akintola University of Technology from 2019 to 2021. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in Marketing on Facebook (2020) and Marketing on Instagram from LinkedIn in November 2021, as well as a certification in Customer Service: Call Control Strategies from LinkedIn in September 2020.
