Virak Loeuk

Virak Loeuk is a seasoned professional in the telecommunications industry with extensive experience in operations and network management. Currently serving as the Head of Operation & Maintenance at EZECOM since October 2016, Virak is responsible for the daily operational tasks, guiding NOC engineers, and ensuring exceptional customer service. Concurrently, as NOC Manager at Telcotech/Ezecom, Virak leads a team focused on the DWDM Backhaul and IP core networks while managing infrastructure and incident management processes. Previous roles include Solution Manager and Senior Transmission Engineer at Telcotech Ltd., where Virak contributed to project management and technical support. Virak's career began as a System Administrator at Suntex Pte Ltd. Educationally, Virak holds a Master's degree in Business Management from Norton University and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Royal University of Phnom Penh.
