Ema Paulino

Ema Paulino holds a prominent position in the healthcare and pharmacy sectors, currently serving as a member of the board of directors at CIP - Confederação Empresarial de Portugal and as President of ANF - Associação Nacional das Farmácias since June 2021. Additionally, Ema is the non-executive President of the Board at Farminveste and CUF - Hospitais e Clínicas, along with roles as Secretary of the Board for the World Pharmacy Council and Vice-President at Go Far by Médis & Farmácias Portuguesas. Ema's extensive background includes ownership and leadership at Farmácia Nuno Álvares and being a scientific and professional coordinator at Ezfy. Educational credentials include a post-graduation in Community Pharmacy from the Faculty of Pharmacy of the University of Lisbon, a master's in Health Management from the Escola Nacional de Saúde Pública, and a PhD candidacy in Administração Pública at ISCSP-ULisboa. Ema's commitment to health care is further evidenced by participation in numerous leadership programs, including those at Harvard Business School and the American Society of Health-System Pharmacists.
