Kai Eck

Kai Eck has a strong background in business development and leadership roles. Kai started their career as a Senior Scientist at Philips Research in 1999 and worked there until 2005. Kai then joined Philips Technologie GmbH, where they held the positions of Business Development Officer and Venture Leader from 2005 to 2010. In their role as Venture Leader, they established a new business in rehabilitation automation and support, collaborating with clinical partners and setting up various operational structures. In 2010, they became the CEO of EZM Edelstahlzieherei Mark.

Kai Eck has a strong educational background in electrical engineering. From 1987 to 1993, they attended RWTH Aachen University, where they obtained their Dipl.-Ing degree in Electrical Engineering. Following this, in 2000, they pursued further studies at Technischen Universität Carolo-Wilhelmina zu Braunschweig, focusing on the field of Electrical Engineering and earning a Dr.-Ing degree. Finally, in 2009, they attended IMD, where they completed a program in Business Administration, receiving an MTE degree.
