Shalini Phillips, CTDP, CSP has a wealth of experience in human resources and talent management. Shalini has held various leadership roles in multiple organizations, including Gamma-Dynacare Medical Laboratories and Toronto Star, where they served as an HR Manager & Learning. Shalini has also worked at SCM Insurance Services as a Vice President of Human Resources and later as a Human Resources Director. Shalini's expertise extends to the healthcare industry, as they served as the Vice President of Human Resources at Ontario Telemedicine Network (OTN).
