Erica Zalma

Erica Zalma has a diverse work experience across various companies. Erica currently holds the position of Director, Operational Excellence at EZRA Coaching since January 2023. Prior to this role, they were the Global Head of Operational Effectiveness at the same company starting from March 2021. In this position, they were responsible for developing and running the company-wide Operational Roadmap, leading global cross-functional operational initiatives, and ensuring strong end-to-end processes across functions.

Before joining EZRA Coaching, Erica worked at Mind Gym, where they held several roles. Erica started as a Coordinator, Product Operations in March 2014, then moved on to become an Associate, Client Service and Global Product Operations from October 2014 to September 2016. Erica then served as a Project Manager, Global Product Operations from September 2016 to October 2017, managing global material production and distribution. Erica was then promoted to Manager, Senior Global Operations Analyst, where they led a global operations team and performed sales data analysis. Erica further progressed to become an Associate Director of Operations, functioning both as the Head of Operations and the Operational Excellence Lead. In this capacity, they advised the President as Chief of Staff, oversaw strategic initiatives, and designed and founded a global operations team with increased scope.

Prior to their time at Mind Gym, Erica worked as an Event Manager at McKinney from May 2013 to October 2013.

Erica Zalma completed their Bachelor's degree in Hotel, Restaurant, and Institutional Management at the University of Delaware - Alfred Lerner College of Business and Economics from 2009 to 2013. Prior to that, they obtained their High School diploma from West Windsor-Plainsboro High School North between 2005 and 2009. In addition to their formal education, Erica Zalma has earned several certifications, including Learning Microsoft Project, Customer Service: Knowledge Management, Change Management for Projects, Human Resources: Strategic Workforce Planning, and Job Skills: Supply Chain and Operations. These certifications were obtained from LinkedIn in various months of 2021.
