Jayson Darby has a comprehensive work experience spanning several roles in different companies. In their most recent role at EZRA Coaching, they serve as the Director of Assessments and Insights. Prior to that, they worked at Thomas International for a considerable amount of time, where they held various positions such as the Director of Science, Interim Chief Product Officer, Head of Science, Interim Head of Product Development, Head of Psychology, and Business Psychologist. In these roles, they were involved in driving growth, managing teams, leading product development, and ensuring the reliability and practical utility of psychometric assessments. Jayson also has experience working at Jack Wills as an HR Advisor and Business Systems Trainer, where they handled HR advisory services and designed and delivered e-learning solutions for end-users.

Jayson Darby completed their education in psychology with a focus on neuroscience. From 2007 to 2010, they attended the University of Sussex, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (Honors) degree in Psychology with Neuroscience, achieving a 2.1 grade. Jayson then pursued further education at City, University of London, from 2010 to 2011, obtaining a Master of Science degree in Organizational Psychology. Additionally, Jayson has acquired several certifications, including the Certified Business Psychologist from The Association for Business Psychology in December 2021. Jayson also holds certifications in various assessment tools such as the General Intelligence Assessment (GIA), High Potential Trait Indicator (HPTI), Personal Profile Analysis (PPA), Test User: Occupational Ability (Level A), Test User: Occupational Personality (Level B), and the Trait Emotional Intelligence Questionnaire (TEIQue).
