Nathan Ho

Nathan Ho has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. NATHAN is currently serving as the Vice President of Business Development at Ezra Coaching, where they help organizational leaders align their human capital and commercial initiatives through coaching. Prior to this, they co-founded BEI VITA, a health and wellbeing consultancy focused on enriching company culture. Nathan also worked as the Managing Director at Withrow Capital Partners, a boutique consulting firm, where they handled various projects ranging from fundraising for e-commerce startups to data analysis for luxury hotel groups. NATHAN also served as the Vice President of Business Development and Investments at Churchill Finance Hong Kong, where they originated and executed private equity investments. Additionally, Nathan worked as a BD & Sales Manager at Acuris Global, where they developed their Pan-Asian network in the finance field. Their early career experience includes working as a Corporate B2B Sales Manager at Pacific Coffee Company Limited, where they played a key role in expanding the retail footprint of the company.

Nathan Ho has a diverse education history. NATHAN completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Ivey Business School at Western University in 2016. Their MBA was focused on the Executive Program in Cross Functional Leadership. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree from Western University in 2008, majoring in Kinesiology with a minor in Psychology.

In 2020, Nathan completed a certificate in Positive Psychology from Yale University. NATHAN also pursued continuing studies at the University of Toronto in 2020, focusing on Business/Corporate Communications.

Nathan has also engaged in various professional development courses and workshops. In 2016, they attended a 2-day Consultative Selling and Negotiation Course offered by Management Development Services Ltd. In 2020, they obtained certifications as a Level 1 Certified Organizational Coach and a Level 2 Certified Executive & Organizational Coach from the Institute of Executive Coaching and Leadership (IECL). Moreover, they acquired additional certifications in areas such as strategic partnerships and sustainability solutions.

Furthermore, Nathan holds a PADI Open Water Diver certification from PADI, which they obtained in 2018.
