Stephanie McLean

Stephanie McLean is an accomplished product manager and entrepreneur with extensive experience in product development and operations. Currently serving as Product Manager for Focus by EZRA at EZRA Coaching since April 2022, Stephanie has led the creation and execution of annual roadmaps, conducted participant and coach research, and collaborated across teams to implement customer feedback. In addition, Stephanie is the founder of Simply Steph Consulting and The Lavoir, and previously held various roles at Link2Feed, advancing from Bilingual Account Manager to Director of Product. Stephanie's background includes a BA Hons in Communication Studies and Linguistics from York University, along with multiple journalism qualifications, showcasing a diverse skill set in communication and management.
