Valentin Chernikov

Valentin Chernikov has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Valentin started their career as a writer for the scriptwriting group "CAXAP, 1 KG" where they worked on projects such as "Comedy Club." Valentin then moved on to Aalto University Executive Education, where they held positions as a Program Manager and later as a Senior Program Manager. During their time there, they achieved significant results, including increasing the number of prospects in the pipeline, boosting sales for a study program in Singapore, and maintaining excellent feedback ratings. Valentin then joined INSEAD Executive Education as a Client Manager and later as a Programme Advisor, where they excelled in sales and achieved consistent sales targets, except for a period affected by the Covid-19 pandemic. Currently, they hold the position of VP - Business Development at EZRA Coaching.

Valentin Chernikov's education history includes a Master's degree in Advertising from Peter the Great St.Petersburg Polytechnic University, which they received between 2005 and 2010. Valentin then pursued a Doctor of Philosophy - PhD (all but dissertation - fully completed studies but no thesis) in Marketing at the Graduate School of Management St. Petersburg State University from 2010 to 2013. In 2011 and 2012, Valentin was a Visiting Doctoral Student at Aalto University, focusing on Marketing. Additionally, Valentin Chernikov holds additional certifications such as "Leadership Communication with Impact" from INSEAD obtained in April 2022 and "Building Digital Partnerships and Ecosystems" from INSEAD obtained in February 2021.
