Hariharan M

Hariharan M has a strong background in sales and business operations. Hariharan started their career in 1993 at Crompton Greaves, where they managed sales of EPABX and push button telephones for corporate clients. Hariharan later moved to Chennai to handle channel operations. From 1999 to 2003, they worked as the Manager of Sales for Kerala at Bharti Teletech Limited, where they successfully expanded the retail footprint and established the Beetel brand. Hariharan then joined Reliance Infocomm as a Channel Manager in 2003. In 2004, they became an Assistant Manager of Postpaid Sales at Tata Teleservices Ltd, and played a key role in the launch of Tata Indicom in Kerala. Hariharan later joined The Mobile Store Ltd in 2006 as the DGM, where they acquired and rolled out 70 telecom retail stores across Tamil Nadu. From 2009 to 2012, they served as the Head of MTS Retail for Sistema Shyam Teleservices Ltd, where they oversaw the rollout of showrooms and franchise appointments. Hariharan then joined Tata Communications Payment Solutions Ltd | Indicash ATM as the Head of Sales and Key Account Management from 2013 to 2015, where they focused on ATM site selection and managed end-to-end ATM deployment for public sector banks. Additionally, they achieved sales targets and developed integrated operational solutions. Most recently, they worked at LEO PRIME PAYMENT SOLUTIONS as the Head of Sales and Business Operations, where they utilized deep product, process, technology, and ATM industry expertise to support ATM sales and achieve sales targets in the banking and white label ATM verticals. Currently, they hold the role of Vice President at EzSwype Business Solutions Private Limited.

Hariharan M has a diverse education history. Hariharan obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Marketing and Finance from Bharathiar University. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Calicut. Hariharan also holds a Pre-Degree in Business/Commerce, General from Government Victoria College, Palakkad. In addition, they completed their Secondary School education at GOVERNMENT HIGH SCHOOL, KUMARAPURAM. Supporting their interest in computer technology, Hariharan attended NIIT, Delhi, where they earned a Diploma in System Analysis & Design.

Hariharan M has also obtained a certification in "Create a Go-To-Market Plan" from LinkedIn in November 2020.
