Jeferson Lemos

Jeferson Lemos has extensive work experience as a DevOps Engineer. Jeferson began their career in 2008 at the Instituto do Cancer do Estado de São Paulo, where they provided technical support for Windows platforms and resolved incidents related to the Office package, internal systems, and network issues. From 2010 to 2012, they worked as a Consultant at Kosmos Tecnologia.

In 2012, Jeferson joined EGA Solutions as an Analyst of Technical Support, where they were responsible for the IT department, creating internal processes, network topologies, and department strategies. Jeferson also provided technical support to end users using Windows and Apple systems.

From 2017 to 2018, they worked at Sky.One Cloud Solutions as a Cloud Analyst, creating a new monitoring area and implementing monitoring services for approximately 700 servers in Cloud AWS. Jeferson also assisted in support requests related to Linux and international clients.

Jeferson then joined Rivendel Tecnologia + Mandic Cloud as a DevOps Engineer, where they were part of support and project teams, handling spot demands and resolving incidents. Jeferson implemented various improvements, optimized processes, and provided cost-effective solutions. Jeferson worked with Azure, AWS, and IBM Cloud.

From 2019 to 2022, Jeferson worked at TOTVS as a DevOps Engineer, focusing on secure and reliable development practices. Jeferson disseminated DevOps culture through workshops and implemented processes and tools aligned with the market. Jeferson had experience with Docker, Git, TFS, Gradle, Rundeck, Jenkins, AWS, Serverless Framework, Terraform, and Linux.

Next, Jeferson joined asap developers as a DevOps Engineer, focusing on providing support to developers and working on improvement tasks, including creating pipelines in Jenkins, setting up microservices on Kubernetes, and supporting production and other environments.

Currently, Jeferson is working at Payfare Inc. as a DevOps Engineer, supporting the developers and working on improvement tasks. Jeferson creates pipelines in Jenkins using declarative Groovy language and Dockerfile, sets up new microservices on Kubernetes, supports production and other environments, and improves and maintains existing services like Zipkin, ELK, RabbitMQ, and Rundeck.

Jeferson Lemos began their education history in 2011 when they attended 4Linux to study Linux. In 2014, they furthered their education by attending Impacta Tecnologia, where they obtained a certification in ITIL V3. In the same year, they also attended Faculdade Impacta and earned certifications in Microsoft Project 2013 and MCSA - Windows Server 2012.

In 2016, Jeferson Lemos obtained the ITIL v3 Foundation certification from EXIN, a competence partner in ICT. The same year, they also earned an AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate certification from Amazon Web Services.

From 2017 to 2018, Jeferson Lemos pursued a degree in Redes de Computadores (Computer Networks) at BandTec - Faculdade de Tecnologia Bandeirantes.

In 2017, Jeferson Lemos also attended training and certification programs offered by Amazon Web Services. Jeferson earned certifications as an AWS Technical Professional and as an AWS Business Professional.

Finally, in 2018, Jeferson Lemos achieved an AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Professional certification from Amazon Web Services.
