Katrina Haynes is an accomplished educational professional with extensive experience in health science education and instructional technology. Currently serving as the Lead Teacher at Cyber Academy of South Carolina and as a Science Ambassador Fellow at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, Katrina has also held roles as a Local Advisor and SC HOSA Chair for National HOSA since 2012. Additional contributions include serving as a Contract Textbook Reviewer for F.A. Davis Company, curriculum development for the National Consortium of Health Science Educators, and content writing for medical simulations at SIMTICS. Katrina’s previous experience includes positions as a Health Science Instructor and School Nurse within Lexington County School District One. Holding a Master's degree in Instructional Technology from Fort Hays State University, Katrina continues to influence the field of health science education through various roles and initiatives.
