Focused on keeping the end in mind, Craig Knickerbocker, F.A. Wilhelm’s Director of Project Controls, brings a holistic view to each of their projects. Analyzing the effects of variables and interrelated activities, he seamlessly communicates best practices to help teams achieve successful project delivery.
Craig is responsible for planning, performing, monitoring, and modifying project schedules for F.A. Wilhelm and their affiliates. His primary goal is to ensure their organization and project teams develop accurate Critical Path Method schedules while adhering to industry best practices.
After graduating from Purdue University with a degree in Building Construction Management, Craig has held roles in estimating, field engineering, building information modeling (BIM) engineering, and lead scheduling engineering on a variety of projects ranging from higher education and life sciences projects to large data centers and entertainment facilities.
