Debashish Roy

Debashish Roy has over 40 years of experience in the pharmaceutical and human resources sectors. Currently, Debashish Roy serves as the Ex Senior Vice President of HR at Roys Nature Nest, while also overseeing operations of a farmstay near Malshej Ghat. Since July 2021, Debashish Roy has retired from the pharma industry, having notably held the position of Senior Vice President of HR at FDC Limited since January 2017 and previously as Assistant Vice President of HR at Sun Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd from 2006 to 2016. Additionally, Debashish Roy has worked in various HR roles, including DGM HR at Cadila Pharmaceuticals and FSM at Fulford (India) Limited. Educational credentials include participation in the Sun Pharma Executive Education Programme at SPJIMR and qualifications in Human Resource Management and Marketing.
