Tracy Stelling

Tracy Stelling is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in talent management and employee engagement. Currently serving as Senior Talent & Development Manager at F.H. Paschen since March 2022, Tracy previously held the roles of Talent Acquisition and Employee Engagement Manager. Prior to this, Tracy spent over a decade at Lush Fresh Handmade Cosmetics North America as General Manager and Leadership Trainer. Additionally, Tracy gained valuable expertise as Marketing Manager at Sandler Training from June 2009 to February 2011. Tracy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications and Religion from Lake Forest College, earned in 2008.
