Lucie Dacyszyn

Lucie Dacyszyn is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in various roles within the field. Currently serving as Responsable RH at F2J INDUSTRY since June 2017, Lucie previously held positions such as Assistant responsable ressources humaines. Prior experiences include consulting at AFPA, where responsibilities included supporting employees and job seekers in professional transitions, skill assessment, and candidate evaluations related to driving license issues. Additionally, Lucie worked as a trainer at POINFOR, developing and delivering educational programs, and as an Assistant in Human Resources at Freudenberg Sealing Technologies, where duties encompassed training implementation, HSE workshop creation, and recruitment. Earlier experience includes assisting with HR functions at Entremont Alliance. Lucie holds a Master 2 in Psychologie du travail from Université de Lorraine and a Maîtrise and Licence in Psychology from Université de Bourgogne.
