Andrew Cohen

Andrew Cohen has a strong background in corporate development and finance. Andrew currently holds the position of Vice President of Corporate Development at F5, a role they have been in since October 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Senior Vice President of Corporate Development at Modernizing Medicine from August 2021 to November 2022. Before that, they held the same role at Acquia from January 2021 to July 2021.

Andrew has extensive experience in the technology industry, particularly in leading mergers and acquisitions, strategic partnerships, and investments. Andrew spent nearly a decade at Citrix Systems, where they held the position of VP of Corporate Development & Investments from 2011 to 2020. At Citrix Systems, they were responsible for designing and executing growth strategies, completing complex transactions, and building relationships with key stakeholders.

Earlier in their career, Andrew held senior positions at AnswerThink Consulting, Mi4e Corporation, Esavio Corporation, Interprise Technology Partners, and Parametric Technology Corporation. Andrew has a proven track record of successfully leading corporate development activities, financial management, and strategic planning.

Andrew Cohen earned a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from the University of Pennsylvania with a focus on Multinational Management from The Wharton School. Andrew also obtained a Master of Business Administration with a specialization in Finance from the Texas McCombs School of Business.
