Christian Lively

Christian Lively has extensive experience in professional services and account management, currently serving as Manager of Professional Services at Conversica since June 2017, where previous roles included Senior Technical Account Manager and Technical Account Manager. Prior to this, Christian worked at State Farm Agent from December 2013 to June 2017 as a Salesman, responsible for engaging prospective clients and closing sales. Earlier experience includes a position as Service Porter at Toyota of Kirkland, where initial customer interactions were prioritized. Christian holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Management of Information Systems from Western Washington University (2015-2017) and an Associate’s Degree in Business Administration and Management from Bellevue College (2013-2015).
