Kate Zimberg, PhD, serves as the Senior Vice President of Global Talent Acquisition at F5 and has also held the position of Interim Senior Vice President and Chief HR Officer, managing a team of approximately 140 in the Global HR organization. Zimberg has extensive experience in human resources, including leadership roles at T-Mobile and Microsoft, where responsibilities included guiding talent management and enhancing employee experience. Currently, Zimberg holds the title of Board Chair for the Employee Experience Board at Board.org and previously co-chaired the i4cp Employee Experience Exchange. Zimberg's academic qualifications include a PhD in Industrial Organizational Psychology from Purdue University and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Carroll University.
