Tricia Truemner

Customer Success Manager, AMER at F5 Networks

Tricia Truemner serves as the Customer Success Manager for AMER at F5, managing 30 Enterprise FCP Accounts with an $18M book of business, while also winning the BeF5 Award in 2022 as a Customer Success Enterprise Licensing Analyst. In addition to professional roles, Tricia is the Chair of the Board of Directors for the Fisher Park Community Recreation Council and has served as a Director on the Board of the Etobicoke Humane Society, where contributions included HR leadership and event execution. Previously, Tricia held various senior management positions at Bell from 2002 to 2020, where numerous awards were received for sales excellence and leadership in team sales results. Tricia's early career included roles as an International Student Ambassador at the University of Victoria, a summer camp counselor for the City of Ottawa, and a customer relations advisor at the Canada Revenue Agency. Tricia holds a BA in Creative and Professional Writing from the University of Victoria.
