Egidijus J. has a diverse work experience that spans several roles and industries. Egidijus began their career as an Office Manager at FORTAKAS, where they managed sales, customer support, and office activities. Egidijus achieved significant personal revenue during their time there.

Afterward, Egidijus founded Loftai.lt, a successful blog focused on loft conversions. The project gained recognition and was featured in numerous national press outlets.

Egidijus then co-founded Adwings, a startup that allowed the submission of printed ads to newspapers online. The company closed deals with 95% of Lithuanian newspapers and was selected to participate in the Springboard accelerator program in Cambridge, UK.

Egidijus later joined Startup Sauna as a Local Coach, where they screened and selected startups and spin-offs for the startup accelerator in Helsinki, Finland.

Currently, Egidijus serves as the Co-Founder of F6S, a company that drives growth for startups by connecting founders to programs, investors, corporates, perks, and talent.

Egidijus J. attended Panevezys "Minties" gymnasy from 1999 to 2007 for their primary and/or secondary education. Egidijus then went on to study Computer Hardware at Panevezys Vocation Training Centre from 2007 to 2010. In 2011, they attended Springboard for a brief period and obtained a degree in Alumni, focusing on Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies.
