Erin Baxley

Erin Baxley is an experienced professional in the field of education and financial aid services. Currently serving as the FA Director of Operations at FA Solutions LLC since June 2017, Erin provides comprehensive customer service-based third-party financial aid solutions to higher education institutions. Previously, Erin held multiple roles at Full Sail University from June 2009 to June 2017, including Campus Director and Director of Online Enrollment Services, where responsibilities included developing enrollment statistics and managing departmental growth in a regulated environment. Earlier experience includes teaching at Orange County Public Schools and various roles in leadership and customer service across different organizations. Erin holds a Master's Certificate in Education Media Design and Technology from Full Sail University and Bachelor's degrees in Animal Behavior and Liberal Arts from Eckerd College.
