Jason Lamons

Jason Lamons has extensive work experience in the defense and simulation training industry. Jason began their career as the Director of Research & Development at IES Interactive Training, Inc. in 1999, where they led software developers and production teams to create simulation training products. In 2005, they joined FAAC Incorporated as the Director of Operations and later became the Director of International Programs. In these roles, they managed teams, coordinated with senior management, and executed international product and service contracts worldwide. Their responsibilities included needs development, proposal writing, contract negotiations, program planning, budgeting, and customer service. Overall, Jason has a strong background in operations management, product development, and international program execution.

Jason Lamons completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) in Computer/Information Technology Administration and Management at the University of Phoenix. Following this, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at the University of Colorado, starting in 2022.
