Michael Hastings

Michael Hastings has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Michael began their career as a Product and Process Analyst for Westpac New Zealand Limited, where they provided support to the retail and business network, negotiated pricing for retail products, and provided reporting and process documentation. Michael then moved to Orica as a Product Analyst, where they worked from October 2011 to March 2015. After that, they joined Bunnings as an Operations and Loss Prevention Planner, responsible for analyzing data and leading the analytics team. In August 2018, they became the Analytics Team Lead and continued in this role until April 2019. Currently, Michael is working as a Business Intelligence Analyst for the FAB Group, starting in May 2019.

Michael Hastings attended The University of Auckland from 2006 to 2008, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Commerce. Michael then pursued further education at AUT University from 2009 to 2010, earning a Post Graduate Diploma in Business. In October 2019, Michael also obtained the Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA) certification from Microsoft.
